tutlive helps people discover and share nearby events on a map. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as email address, Apple Sign in identifier, Google Sign-In identifier, display name, username, avatar and profile bio.
- Event information that you create, including title, description, category, date and time, location/address, price flag, reports and moderation data.
- Media you upload, such as photos and videos attached to events or your profile.
- Location information used to show nearby events, select a city, place events on the map and improve local discovery. You can control location access in iOS Settings.
- Push notification tokens and notification preferences, if notifications are enabled.
- Technical information such as device type, app version, server logs, request metadata and diagnostics needed for security, reliability and debugging.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account.
- To display events, profiles and user-generated content in the app.
- To power map search, city selection, event creation and nearby discovery.
- To send important app notifications when enabled.
- To prevent abuse, investigate reports and keep the service safe.
- To maintain, debug and improve tutlive.
Sharing
Public event and profile content may be visible to other users. We do not sell your personal data. We may use infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, authentication, push notifications and email delivery, only as needed to operate tutlive.
Your choices
You can update your profile, manage iOS permissions, disable notifications, report content or delete your account from the app. Account deletion removes your account and authored events from the active service, subject to legal, security and backup retention requirements.
Children
tutlive is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
